I've never had so much sushi in one night. Dinner was sushi, smoked eel, miso soup, fruits
, cheese and crackers washed down with the sparling wine bought from Yarra Valley.Dad's comments : " Well, at least we don't have to worry about the boys' professional career - they can always fall back on their culinary skills to earn a living ! " Paul was the master chef and Sam the adviser and chief garnisher.
The sushi was made with much gusto from the boys .... and the end result ? ... Ta. da ! See the masterpieces for yourself !!
