What a relief! The quality audit is finally over. We received 5 OBS (observations on certain minor breaches). This is an improvement as the last audit in March, the Institut received 3 NCR and 4 OBS. The last week had been a flurry of activities. Our group went to Kuching and audited the Institute in Batu Lintang. They were given 3 OBS. Pretty good I must say. On coming back, had to push the document holders to update their records. Tempers were short, everyone seemed stressed. It has been a learning experience. Now we have to follow-up on the OBS. Everybody can now breathe easily. Next week I hope to visit the rural schools to observe the teaching carried out there.
