Just completed my Public Speaking presentation. It was ok, although, as usual, one would like an extra 2 minutes or so to give it a bit more kick. Anyway, that's one down, three more to go. Tomorrow, I'll be doing another presentation. It's terrible, questions are given on the spot and one has to be able to respond quickly ( because you are DG 54 lah!).
By a happy coincidence, hubby flew in here for a meeting - so I am not alone. We went gallavanting around Bukit Bintang - had duck noodles at Noodle House near Sungai Wang, bought a pair of sandles at Isetan ( old sandles broke just at Isetan). Then we had some uncreamy ice-cream ( sandy texture) outside BB plaza. Hey, this is the most relaxing PTK ever!! Hope everything'll be a breeze!!
Oh, we'll be walking Jalan Alor this evening looking for 'eats'. Our hotel Radius International is just walking distance to jalan Alor. Don't be fooled by the name though. Except for the word 'international', the hotel itself is also pretty much run down place.
Post Note : Bukit Bintang used to be 'THE PLACE" to be years ago. Now it looks run down. The Bintang Walk is too congested and the place has a disorderly look. - like a former beauty queen who has lost her looks.
