Year end - Exams for some, holiday for many, shopping and sales and best of all it's Christmas again. I take out the old Christmas tree, give it a good dusting, the Christmas baubles that were tucked away since last December are once again put to use. Once again thinking of turkey, mincemeat pies, cranberry sauce, corn on the cob ........... children gathering round the table.... remembering of Christmases past - the church services, the children up on stage singing, the drama, the candle lighting.
I remember my first Christmas tree - the second Christmas, I had a baby in my arms (still in confinement). This Christmas will be a significantly different and significant one for the Yaus (smile)
