I was in Teachers' Institute for International Languages (aka IPBA) to attend another convocation and boy, was I blown away by the sheer expanse and facilities of this institute. It was more like a university, given the kind of facilities available - nothing like our humble Gaya Institute. Anyway, just show you some of the pics. Compared, we are indeed puny.
