We've just acquired a new puppy on 22 October. Thus the date, being a double two, we decided to call him Toto. I hope he's not going to be a disaster like Sydney!! So far he has exhibited reasonable intelligence. For example, when playing with dad, he suddenly broke away from dad's arms and rush to the greens - because he wanted to pee. Dad was so..oo pleased!! I guess training him will take more than that. Have to tell the maid to say : "SIT" before giving him his meals. Toto gets along well with Buddy and Sydney. They seem to dote on him. Notice he has a white streak on his forehead - like a skunk. And his paws wore 'white socks'. Serene would probably want to name him "SOCKS" and I guess Sam would want to call him "SKUNKY" and Paul would probably want to name him "BLACKIE". But his name is Toto.

It's Alsatian mixed breed ( with Spitz). So it's going to be a rather large dog. Sydney is already huge (but silly). The good thing is that they respect each other's food. They watch patiently for each other to finish their food. Now, that's manners for you!!p

The idea of making sydney a "strayed" dog did cross our mind. Fortunately, this has not been executed yet ! :)
That's a terrible thought! The idea has never cross my mind. By the way, how is it that a mere dog can elicit such a flurry of interest? Even little Ryan did not enjoy this celebrity status!!
